IN DEPTH DIVE TRAVEL – BOOKING A TRIP

All booking requests for dive trips and safaris which we put together for our clients are handled individually – we do not offer any standard tours other than personally guided set-date group tours.

This is our step by step process for reservations and bookings:

1. Initial contact and assessment is preferably done by phone and gives us the opportunity to speak with you and to find out from you exactly what you would like to see, when you would like to go, the standard of accommodation you would like, if you are most interested in a guided trip or independent travel and exactly what your expectations are.

2. We provide you with an initial itinerary for your trip, including accommodation options, and we again have the opportunity to speak in order to talk the trip through and make sure that iit s the optimal trip for you.

3. When you are satisfied with the itinerary, we confirm the availability and pricing of all flights, accommodation, diving and Kruger Park if applicable.

4. We then provide you with a provisional booking sheet with a quotation for the cost of your trip.

5. If you are satisfied, we provide you with our standard client information forms, our terms and conditions as well as our indemnity and liability release forms.

6. When In Depth Dive Travel has received all relevant forms signed and notarized, we provide you with an invoice.

7. When the invoice is paid, we provide you with all the relevant vouchers and a finalized itinerary with all relevant local contacts and information.
